The only Méthode Cap Classique (Champagne style) Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier sparkling wine produced in the Hemelen-Aarde Valley. This wine was initially Suné’s (Bartho’s wife) “Kombuisbruis” (kitchen bubbly) project and started in the Eksteen’s garage. It has now grown into a proud member of the Eksteen’s small and focused wine list.
Flavours of freshly baked bread crusts, apple, pear, melon and delicate dried apricot.
