This wine was initially the Eksteens “Kombuisbruis”(kitchen bubbles) project and started in their garage.


Unique in the sense that it is the only MCC from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley (cool climate similar to Champagne) made from all three classic Champagne varieties namely Pinot Noir (48%), Chardonnay (48%) and Pinot Meunier (4%).


The wine matures between 24 and 36 months on its lees in the bottle and is a 5-star nominee in Platter’s Wine Guide for the last five years.
