Natural sweet “sticky” made from cool climate Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes, whole bunch pressed, minimum stabilisation – contradicting traditional, syrupy, cloying sweet dessert wines, suporting a fresh acidity. A wine that is only produced in very exceptional vintages.
