A rich and elegant wooded Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine is made exactly in the same style as Vloekskoot, but differs as a small percentage of wooded Semillon was blended in.
The grapes were handpicked after which it underwent a whole-bunch, long and gentle pressing cycle. No settling took place. The juice went straight to an older 500-liter French oak barrel for natural fermentation and matured on lees for 10 months, with minimum interference prior to bottling. This wine is a very limited release with an annual production of 630 bottles.
