Winemakers note: An own design after many years of research on terroir, origin of fruit, barrel-size, -age and cooper craftsmanship, to find the barrel best suited for the wine I had in mind. A style which rewarded me with Diners Club Winemaker of the Year, Cape Winemakers Guild Action success, Tim Atkin 95+ awards and five-star Platter’s status.
