Description: Deep intense ruby purple colour accompanied with aromas of violets and ripe plumbs. On the palate soft elegant tannins with a full velvety body lends structure to the layered dark berry flavours.
Vinification: 4 days cold soaking, open barrel fermentations with 40% whole berries.
Maturation: 12 months in 400L French Oak barrels.
